Why does this keep happening to me

me and my boyfriend just tried to have sex and I got a first degree rip from it I don't know what to do anymore when I heal I rip straight way I'm in so much pain and I'm becoming miserable I need help any answers?

That would be my next option, lubricant, lots of it. Good luck.

we don't use lubricants, we use condoms and I'm on the pill

i have been to the Drs a lot! I've had creams and been given the all clear to have sex and now we've tried in back to square one with a tear in my perineum again its destroying my relationship..

I'd say definitely consult with your gynocologist and see what your options are. Have you guys been using lubrication?
