Worried About Period

I've had my period for 15 years, and over the last few months, it's gotten heavier and heavier. Every single month, this gets worse. I'm now at the point where I feel like I'm going to the bathroom on myself when I'm on my period, and I'm constantly worried about it getting all over my clothes. I don't like going in public because I'm afraid that my period is all over my clothes all the time. Please help, what do I do?

If you get blood on your clothes, immediately hand wash them with peroxide. It does the job well! :)
