Strange Bleeding around Perineum, Anus, and Vaginal Opening

I'm pretty sure that my symptoms closely match up to those of anal fissures. I have what feels like a tear on my anus which bleeds when I wipe with toilet paper. It's not bleeding TOO much, but there's definitely more than just a drop of blood. I'm concerned because I've been having trouble with this for awhile. Before having this cut-like tear in my anus, I had one on my perineum, very, very close to my vaginal opening, and another further away from the vaginal opening. It's started to heal, though it occassionally opens up a little, and now I've gotten this. I don't know what could be causing them, but they feel the same (both sharp pains, both cut-like, both bleeding). The one near my vaginal opening, however, couldn't have been an anal fissure. My last period only consisted of a single day of light, light spotting, and the one before that had even less spotting (it lasted, quite literally, only about an hour). Now I'm suffering from a very heavy, very painful period with heavy cramps and diarrhea and bloating. I doubt that this is connected, but I'm not sure if I have any other symptoms because my period is really masking everything. I guess I've been trying to ignore any other symptoms I might have had over the past month and a bit because I'm terrified of seeing the doctor and was hoping it would just go away.

I've been having problems with these "cuts" for at least a month.

My problem: I need to figure out how to fix them without a trip to the doctor. I have a history of sexual abuse, and I cannot let anyone below my waist without flipping out--the doctor included.

My History: I am 18, female, and Canadian. I am at a healthy weight and have mild asthma, but no other medical problems aside from being chronically exhausted.

Please help!

Hi Laurel

Did you ever find what cause this as this is a common problem of mine.

ALSO, needless to say, I am not sexually active and have never been sexually active since the abuse when I was approximately 8-12. I am also not on any medications.
