Yeast Infection Won't go away!!!!

Hi.  I'm a 20 year female.

for the past month and a half, I have been suffering with a yeast infection that won't go away.  it first came about from penecillin antibiotic that I took after my wisdom teeth came out.  I have been to 2 doctors that have confirmed yeast infections, and been tested for STD's to make sure and they came back negative.  My first doctor prescribed me with a terazole (3 night applicator cream) and when that didn't work prescribed me 1 diflucole pill.  That gave me relief for about a week until my infection came back.  I then was prescribed by my second doctor a 2 time flucazole pill medication.  It's been 2 weeks and no relief yet.  I am so uncomfortable and am dying for relief.  I have tried home remedies like taking a probiotic, garlic supplements, coconut oil, etc.

Why won't my yeast infection go away??  Could it be my Nexplanon implant birth control?

Also, I do want to tell you that yeast can be transferred between you and your partner.  While you are treating your yeast infection, you will want to use a condom.  Otherwise, he can pass it right back to you.  good luck

I NEED TO WARN WOMEN THAT DOUCHING IS BAD FOR OUR HEALTH.  PLEASE DISREGARD THE ABOVE ADVICE TO DOUCHE AND THE HOME RECIPE.  ASK YOUR DOCTORS AS THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THIS IS NOT NOT NOT RECOMMENDED AND WILL COMPOUND YOUR PROBLEM.

I had a yeast infection recently and used Monostat one day treatment.  You can buy that brand or a generic brand but the one day has a higher concentration of medicine.  I also began eating probiotic yogurt.  My yeast infection was gone in 2.5 days.

If it is your first yeast infection, it is recommended that you see a doctor.  good luck

Also only wear cotton knickers, not thongs. I would put any underwear u have been wearing on a 90 degree wash. And avoid anything that gets u too hot down there.
Good luck, it can be miserable.

yeah I've tried pretty much all those.  And I haven't had sex since October. I'm pretty positive it's yeast because the doctors have done pelvic exams as well as tested a swab under a microscope to confirm yeast.  But my symptoms are clumpy white discharge (no odor), itching of inside vagina as well as outside, sometimes spreads to outer vulva.  Redness and sometimes burning.  But for the most part it's the itchiness that's the worst.  I have a hard time working out and walking for a long periods of time because the itchiess gets bad and sometimes the skin on the outside gets sensitive.

Home remedy. First, temporarily stop all starches in your diet. Second, use this douche daily; 1/2 cup warm water, 1/2 cup vinegar, 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide. Third, use only antibacterial soaps for your hair and body. Fourth, eat onions! They are a natural antibiotic. Finally, if you take soaking baths, add Epsom salts and peroxide to your bath water. After 2 weeks, you should have no more problems. If it persists, see a gynecologist.

This is probably really obvious, but avoid baths, sitting in water, shaving, any products like lotions or oils, scented pads, don't use tampons and avoid sex for a while. Also don't wear thongs or synthetic products. Wear cotton undies. Also, it could he something else... What are your symptoms?
