adnexal mass after menopause

sir, my mother is 53 years old and menopause started before 1 year. recently a well defined hypodense (+12HU) non-enhancing SOL ( about 8.5 in diameter) with thin enhancing wall but no obvious septum , calcification or mural component is seen in the left adnexal region. bowel loops , urinary bladder and uterus are displaced away from the lesion with well defined intervening tissue planes. ovaries are not separately delineated. uterus is normal but displaced to right by the left adnexal mass.
what should be the probable diagnosis?
