am i beyond all hope

i used a vibrator on my clit on and off for about 10 years or so and i now cant feel anything when i use vibrator, i dont feel anything at all if i caued some damage is there a way to heal it i know the vibrator was an addiction that i have cut down on to  mabey 2  times a week im trying to stop, but when i do stop can i heal my clitoris back  to being  sensitiv again.

I hope things have improved in four years but I’ve been using a clit vibrator since 1978 and mine still works just fine. I would look at other conditions such as hormones.
