Do you know of a substitute pessary for Vagifem or Ortho-Gynest as these seem to be discontinued locally.

Vagifem contains estradiol. As an alternative to vagifem, you can get prescribed estring. The other alternatives are creams--Premarin and Estrace vaginal creams but use them under prescription.
