anyone else?

i am very irregular when it comes to my periods. so much so, that i didn't have a period for a little over a year, at one time. i am now 31 years old -- this has been going on since i started my period. i have been checked, and the only thing they ever found was cysts on my ovaries at 17 years old, where they told me it was normal and they would pass; which they did on their own.

anyway - i am wondering if anyone else goes through irregular periods. not irregular periods where you're a few weeks or even just a month or so late, but longer than that. and also, when you do have your period, is it painful?

no kids here either. just ***** because everyone says i am so lucky to not have a period but maybe once or twice a year -- but they're the lucky ones. they have them often and normally. which means when they do happen - they are used to it

I am always irregular. Sometimes I am 4 or more months off. I am 31 and have no children. Although I would like some. I don't have any cysts that they can see.
