birth control, period, plan b

So I have been on birth control for 4 years now and I have very regular periods. I had unprotected sex (he had it inside for maybe 3 minutes and did not ejaculate) on a Saturday and it was right before (1 or 2 days) I started taking the sugar pills, which meant there was only a couple of days until I would start my period. I had unprotected sex again with the same man on Thursday (he did not ejaculate inside me) and I bled on him a little bit, I was just thinking that I started my period. I took the plan B pill on Friday because my lower abdominal area felt funny. It's now Sunday and I have not bled since Thursday when I bled on him. I have no idea what to do. My breasts are tender and I can feel that sensation (the kind of heavy feeling) you get right before you get your period, but there is no blood. Please help me.

The plan b is likely to blame. It can mess up your cycle.
