bladder sling cramping

I have a tension free bladder sling that has been working great- 3 weeks in right now.  But the last week or so I have noticed more nausea, cramping, some depression- bowel changes from the surgery.  Is this a common situation- that will pass or should I see the doctor again.  This is my second surgery this year- my original hysterectomy, cystocele and sling repair had complications.  I went from vaginal to abdominal due to hemoraging and the 2 hour surgery took 5 hours and the sling couldn't get performed... I had 2 blood transfusions-was off of work 2 months.  This year has been a long haul for me, I also lost one ovary in that surgery- so I am thinking I am swinging into some menopausal symptoms also.  Any thoughts on this?  Its really bringing me down energy and emotionally wise.  ( I am usually a very active person also).  Thanks
