ok cici- how do you have a 3 year old if you are asking above if you can even have kids and that you are not sure how to find a doctor.  who delievered your son if you do not know where to find a doctor.  i am sorry and do not mean to sound harsh but i think you need to be honest so that we can help you figure out whatever you are really trying to get at.

That is really nothing any of us can answer for you. You'll need to see a doctor and have a fertility workup, checking blood levels of hormones and doing a complete medical workup. If everything checks out with you, it could be an issue with your partner. Low motility, low count, et cetera.

You don't know how you can get to the doctor??

If you are not interested or not able to see a doctor I would recommend buying an ovulation predictor test. It detects a hormone surge when you ovulate, and ovulation is half the battle. I know two years seems like an eternity for you, but it's not uncommon for some women to be trying (even with medical assistance) for 5+ years.

Best Wishes
