Ya, maybe more information would be helpful. Are you applying alcohol to your vagina (don't) or talking about drinking it?

Alcohol can release inhibitions, which might help a woman get sexually excited. I don't know about the "loose" part but the "wet" part happens with being excited.

You know, I was thinking you meant the kind of alcohol that you drink, i.e., having a drink and then feeling more ready for sex. You didn't by any chance mean swabbing the area with rubbing alcohol, did you? If so, don't do that.
