Should I be worried I'm pregnant?

So my fiancé and I had sex about a month ago and the condom broke. I took plan b 12 hours after this happened. After I masturbate there is a little blood. I only stimulate the outside so it can't be my nails. Should I be worried that I'm pregnant?

I don't think you are pregnant. It could have been you were a little rough with yourself.
Or it could be that you are going to start your period soon.
