Your blood pressure and pulse are both good. Your Body mass Index is high at 31.9, which does put you at increased health risks. Shortness of breath can have many causes, and some can be related to weight. You need to follow-up with your doctor about the shortness of breath and make sure there isn't anything else going on.

Needless to state, you need an in-person evaluation by an M.D., preferably at a teaching hospital. You aren't going to do your husband any good if you...well you get the idea. It is impossible to evaluate you over the internet. There are many possible etiologies. Dehydration or cardiac insufficiency, for starters. Getting a medical evaluation by a physician should be a priority.
