A yeast infection is caused by an overgrowth of Candida albicans.  Most of the time it has nothing to do with sex.  It can be caused by antibiotics (they kill off the good bacteria as well as the bad) or it has something to do with your hormones.

You either need to see a doctor or treat it with something over the counter.  If you don't want to get a fluconazole tablet then there are creams you can use instead.  If you do decide to treat and you aren't getting relief within a couple of days then you really should see a doctor.  If you do nothing, it may go away...... eventually or you will be in discomfort for a long, long time.

you dont need to have sex to get a yeast infection but if it has happened for 3 months now and your 13...it might be your regular discharge. and if it is a yeast infection you need to go to the doctors.

You should see a doctor. I'm not a medical expert, but it sounds like you could have a yeast infection, which is very common. However, you should have a doctor confirm the cause.
