heavy periods

my prom is tomorrow and my periods are really heavy is there anything i can do to slow it down. and help would be great

I have heard if you drink lemondaid that helps to stop/slow down a menstrul flow...

Ibuprofen can help slow things down a bit - start taking it today and through the day tomorrow, and be sure to drink plenty of water.

I also like the OB brand of tampons - I never go above the "Super" size of them, but they make all the way up to "Ultra" if you need help keeping things under control.
