MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Lump in breast can be due to fibrocystic disease of breast but for the bump on vagina and thick discharge, cyst, boil and HPV wart should be ruled out. If the discharge is cottage cheese like then candidiasis should be ruled out. The best tests involved in the diagnosis of candida are scrapping or swab examination of the scrapings after KOH mounting. The other test that can be done is fungal culture of the scrapings from the tongue of the vaginal swabs.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
