how do we stop trying for a baby

how do we stop trying for a baby? it is easier said than done. i cant stop thinking about conceiving..especially now that i have the symptoms, but all test results are negative. i stopped the pill 5 months ago , and i was on it for 5 years. i havent had my period since december. my nipples are painful, ive gained alot of weight, i took a test yesterday and it was confusing. control line was there, test line was very very faint. i took another one this morning, it was negative.
i am completely stressed.

SAME BOAT HERE! I really hate hpt! I am 11 days late for my AF. she has comes and go as she pleases for the past couple of months. But ever since the middle of March, i have had all the darn symp that you can think of. heart burn, cramps, mood(feel bad for hubby), my boobies are HUGH and hurt like hell!, hot flashes, back ahces, head aches. well I have had 2 BFN, BUT last year when i was prego with my son, I didn't find out I was prego till I was 10-12 wks. I did have a M/C at 7 months. But that is why I am freaking out right now. I am going to go to the docs to get some blood work, because even though I like the new size my tatas they hurt! and I can't even put a bra on. Me and Hubby have been ttc ever since last November.

The more stress you are teh more difficul for you it would be to regularize your life. The test line might have been there for several reasons...just take the test again in one week and try not to think about it until then!
Hope it helps.
