Hello.  So, you have been diagnosed with PCOS by your doctor?  For a lot of women, they manage pretty well on their own and other women take medication to manage it.  The medicine often comes into play if symptoms are severe or a woman desires pregnancy.  (Having PCOS can make getting pregnant more complicated). Here is what the Mayo Clinic says about treating PCOS  https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/pcos/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20353443  As Chin_C says, losing weight is very often recommended and 5 percent of your body weight is the starting point.  That is done through diet and exercise.  Being active is really pretty essential and they often recommend a low carb diet as well. Here's a whole article on home remedies beyond the advice to limit carbs and exercise, losing at least 5% of your body weight.  https://www.healthline.com/health/womens-health/natural-treatment-pcos  One thing they mention is to cut out coffee. Not sure if you are a coffee drinker but that is a tough one for a lot of people.

In addition to medications, your doctor may recommend weight loss through a low-calorie diet combined with moderate exercise. Even a modest reduction in weight (losing 5-10% of body weight) may help periods become more regular.
