Have you ever been checked for fibroids, or cysts? If not, you should make an appointment for a full checkup at your GYN.

Hi there. Do you think maybe it was spotting and not a period? This can happen. Was it bright red or darker or brown? That sometimes is old blood. Some women do get break through bleeding due to hormonal issues. I would schedule an appointment with your doctor to evaluate and discuss this. good luck
