is this herpes or folliculitis or ingrown hair? what does it look like more?

I was shaving one day with a razor, then two days later i noticed a couple of bumps by my grown. two of them had a white head and i popped them.. just once though. its kind of crusty... i don't know why, maybe because i tan and my skin is dry? but i havent been sexually active, and have had one parent the last year, that i know doesnt have anything...they do not itch, hurt, burn, or anything... i did have some vaginal discharge but it was white and clear milky kind of, just leak out of me for a second or so.. i dont get burning sensations when i pee or anything. but sometimes i do get itchy but not only on my vagina... when i get an itch down there i just itch it for a second and get itchy somewhere else like my back or something. what could this be? i have to wait till my doctor gets into town, and this is just driving me CRAZY..... Please give me some advice and tips. and your opinion on what this looks like, itll really help me out. here is a picture... http://m.imgur.com/EQYSAff

It looks like is just ingrown hair, you just have to take care of it, make sure you use shaving cream and if shaving is making u have so many ingrown hairs try waxing. I used to have lots of ingrown hairs but by waxing it reduced by alot, make sure to chooss the proper wax.

Herpes would be more like blisters filled with clear liquid, and they would hurt quite a bit - not itch, but HURT.

If you have questions about herpes, the best place is in the herpes forum: http://www.medhelp.org/forums/Herpes/show/195

However, the knowledgeable members there won't look at photos either.  If you haven't been sexually active, there's no way you could have herpes down there.

No one wants to look at photos of your vagina, so we'll skip that.

What you're experiencing sure doesn't sound like Herpes, particularly since you haven't been sexually active.  If you shaved rather close, that can cause some serious razor rash, which itches like crazy.  Other itches? Well, that can be anything, and kind of sounds like dry skin.

well seeing a picture of it helps alot, to get a picture of whats going down there. it doesn't looks like herpes that ive seen online, but then the internet over exaggerates everything. so i dont know what just a mild herpe outbreak looks like. do you know?
