**iud 7 years need help answers???***

hello ladies I am 27 years old I currently have a 7 and 9 year old. I had my IUD place after having my 7 year old. (Copper) had it removed may 15. the day I had the IUD removed was the day of my last period also. I told my doctor I wanted to wait until after I got married to conceive my next child so he put me on a low estrogen birth control. Well stated that Sunday only took 14 pills became real nauseous and sick and having every symptom of being pregnant so I stopped birth control. after the 14 days we just decided to try. well now here it is 42 days late for my period took several a pregnancy test all negative but let me remind you I'm still having symptoms I took a ov test that was + Sunday and last night and today (Thursday) CRAMPING! I have a. Calendar in today and they say they call for my ovulation. I just want to know if any one else had this issue and has gotten pregnant without a period I called my gynecologist  they told me to come in August if I have not started yet for blood testing. I just don't know if it's from the birth control or Iud. Please tell me what u think

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These can be the symptoms of pregnancy. At the early stage of pregnancy, the level of circulating HCG may still be low to be detected by routine urine pregnancy test. But you can do a serum pregnancy test (more sensitive than urine pregnancy test) to know the exact level of your HCG 1-2 weeks after ovulation or after a missed period. However, it will be better if you seek consult to an OB-GYNE specialist so you will be thoroughly assessed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
