Try taking a multivitamin regularly and eating a banana or two during your period days. This can help relieve cramps, in addition to using a heating pad on your uterine area. Warms baths and regular exercise can help considerably as well. If the pain becomes highly unbearable, especially after taking a small dose of ibuprofen or acetaminophen, consider talking with a gynecologist about the possibility of PMDD and how birth control pills can help with the symptoms.

Sounds like very bad cramps which I would say is normal. If you have ibuprofen (Motrin or Advil) that can help. Drink raspberry tea. And a heating pad or hot water bottle on your abdomen.

Boiling water and put in inside the bottle and wrap it with towel. Put it on your abdoment. Make sure you keep yourself warm and drink milk or milo . Eat some chocolate to make you feel energetic . And dont forget your meal. I hope you'll feel better . Get well soon
