on 2nd day of my period i go for blood test with 12 hours fast...my LH level is 4 and FSH LEVEL IS 4.98 ..is this normal?can i conceive ...

Honestly, I'm not sure of the actual numbers. Why wouldn't you be able to? Are you having trouble? It takes the average couple a year to conceive! If you have an irregular cycle, it can take longer. Do you currently track your cycle?
