my mom.

My mother has been suffering dizzy spells. and numbness in her arms and legs for 3 weeks now. She's 46 and walks daily. I've been researching and I found out that these symptoms may be related to blood pressure.
I have no idea what to do, I've been urging her to go to the emergency room but she puts it off, she's due for a blood test tomorrow, but I know that the doctor will file her complaint and then send her home like always. I really KNOW she needs medial attention, but I want to know exactly how serious it is. Do all women experience this? O is something seriously wrong?
