I am concern and don't know what to do I don't have a regular physician and this is my second pregnancy the first time I had a miscarriage, but this one is holding on strong. Should I be concern and how do I go about getting a obgyn? Somebody please help me!!!

Contact your local medicaid office and get on medicaid for the pregnancy if you don't have insurance.  You may have to go to a clinic to "confirm" the pregnancy before you qualify.  Do you know if your blood type is positive or negative?  If it's negative (rh-) it could cause miscarriage if you don't get a shot of rh factor.  Any bleeding would worry me.  You really need to be under the care of a dr especially if you've miscarried before.

Hi,
I would get it checked out immediately, especially if you've had a prior miscarriage.  If you have health insurance, call up the hospital nearest you and tell them what kind of insurance you have and they will give you a couple of OBGYN's that take your insurance in your area - then call and make an appointment.  But I don't think I would wait that long.  I would go to an Urgent Care or to the ER just to make sure all is OK, and then they will also give you a couple of OBGYN's to call to set up an appointment with.  Please let us know how it goes and good luck to you :)
