no period for 2 years then out of no where Period and no clots is this normal?

I have not had a period for close to 2 years the Drs say that it was due to high Prolactin levels. Tuesday out of no where around 10 am I went to the Br and noticed Blood and got so excited that I FINALLY got my period on my own and never had to do any treatments. The blood has been bright red ...never brown or light just bright red and I have not seen a single clot, it has been not heavy but not light just a pad is fine for a few hours and over night ,  my breasts and nipples have been EXTREEMLY sore for 3 weeks and I have very minimal cramping  . When I was getting my period  prior to this (about 2 years ago) it would always be VERY heavy with clotting , painful cramping , and my breasts would only be tender for a day.  I assumed that after not having it for 2 years it would be the worst period ever with so much bleeding and clots and cramping so that why I am asking .  Should I consider the period I am having now normal? Is there a chance of pregnancy? or is it just like this since it is the first in a long time and my body is like "rebooting" ?
