period issue need help NOW

i normally have my period on the 17 - 21 or 27 - 1 but i didnt get my period in February 17 or the 21. i have now not had a period in 40+ days and i have allready taken a pregnancy test that come up negative. i dont have medical insurance or any money at all. what should i do? is there anything i can do that does not involve massive amounts of money?

in this instance it would be my boyfriend and he does not have insurance either.

there are no true free clinics they are all based on the caregivers insurance.
