period like cramps

i was due on my period around the 19th 20th of april, i've had stomach pains for around two weeks now that feel like the first day i come on, my breasts have gone a little bit bigger and feel sore, im not on the pill or taking any other form of contraception and i have still not come on my period. i dont think i am pregnant so is there any other explanation for this.

Are you under extreme stress right now? cause this can be a factor. Though some of us like myself do get these painful symptoms before it comes. i usually wear the padded bra at this time to ease the pain and for more support. Don't panic or worry too much, keep monitoring and try relaxing and ease your stress level for now. Stay with us okay...

It is normal for your breasts to be sore during ovulation?  For me, it is perfectly normal.  This is the way my hormones react with my body.  Typically the sides of my breast will hurt an there will be some swelling.  If the pain you experience is in the front of the breasts or over the nipples, this indicates that estrogen dominance has occurred, which may mean the lack of ovulation.
