polycystic kidney disease medicine 'Tolvaptan' reducing the size of the cists.

I would like to know how i can get this medicine.  last i knew it was being tested on patients with pkd.  i have pkd and high blood pressure and would really like to prevent kidney failure.

i wanted to let you know my mom has polycystic kidney disease. she never found out about the meds you are talking about, but I wanted to let you know she had a successful kidney transplant 2 years ago. She is doing great. her doctor is awesome. she is living a happy life post transplant

What information outside of the fact that it reduces the size of cysts do you have on Tolvaptan?  
This drug is not available for sale in the US so far. They are in the process of **** a investigational study for it presently. Also, for the study you have to fall under the guidelines to be considered.
Under 50 is one. How long have you had it? Just want to help out.
