pregnancy

My wife is pregnant and she is in 8th week. From last 10-15 days there is a mild pain in the right side of the abdomen. Is there anything to worry ? What may be the cause.

She should bring this to the attention of her Ob/GYN. It maybe nothing, but the first trimester is crucial - better safe then sorry...........
