Nope, oddly enough your body is identical before and after marriage! Having sex does not do anything to your fertility, that is an issue that is usually factored based on health related things such as heridatory conditions.

If you're a girl, then it does not affect your fertility, in the sense that you will pop out an egg once a month no matter if you are having lots of sex or not much.

However, there are a boatload of diseases and conditions that you can get which would affect your fertility, if you are having sex without using condoms, and the chance for getting one of them rises the more sex you have and the more partners.  All the way from BV to HPV to venereal disease to AIDS.

Some of these things you can get vaccinated against (such as HPV), some you can get treated for (such as BV and some sexually-transmitted diseases but not all), others there is no way to treat (such as HIV).  Use condoms if you want to protect your reproductive health.

If you are a guy, it might reduce your sperm count slightly if you had sex every day.  But this does not have a long-term impact.  Your body makes more all the time.
