shakes, nausea, light headed and flushed cheeks, left side pain

Well recently ive had alot of things going on, shakes, nausea, light headedness.  My period is due now at any time.  I had a tubal ligation and have had a sharp nagging pain in my left side for over a month.  Been to the doctor and they found nothing. ok so i was diagnosed with kidney infection which seems to be reoccurring and now ive been having flushed cheeks, nausea, and i just feel awful.  could these be related and why is it when i go to the doctor they find nothing?  The only other time in my life did i have symptoms such as the shakes flushed nausea was when i was pregnant.

It certainly could be caused by an infection, uti or kidney, etc. You should go see a dr.

If you had said right I would of said appendix, but since you said left, my only guess would be kidney or uti.
