It's still a bit too early. Your very first true symptom will be the loss of your period (a lot of women get tender breasts due to PMS, so that won't tell you anything). even the best tests are not certain to be accurate until the day your period is due.

well now ive been cramping for 10 days with no spotting, and these are NOT light cramps. period due in 5 days. ,was on antibiotics late last month to early this month. could i be preggo??? cuz i think its way to early to have any symptoms. im worried the cramping is a fibroid .... :(

The first sign I got was the breasts getting tender, that started from about a day or so before my BFP. eventually even the water in the shower hitting them hurt! It peaked around week 8 and is now quite mild.

Morning sickness, more peeing and cravings don't normally hit until about 5 or 6 weeks. that tiredness though... that hit in the middle of week 5.... I was like a zombie from about 2pm each day.  

Symptoms often, but not always peak around week 9 and start to peter out (if you are lucky).

Some women... have no symptoms at all.

its you sleep more than normal, eat more, breast tenderness, and you urinate more often in the night also. mood swing, food craving thing like that. hope this help you.
