You can get pregnant any time you have unprotected sex.  Any time in your cycle.  However, there are more likely times.  Brown spotting is often just old blood and sometimes intercourse can aggravate that and it comes out. Seeing that right after sex usually doesn't have anything to do with conception.  Some women when in early pregnancy have some spotting but it's not immediate, more like about two weeks later.  But again, conception is usually a timing thing.  The  most fertile time for women is usually day 9 to day 14 if you have a typical cycle (as sperm can live for 5 days).  You can take a pregnancy test 2.5 weeks after you had sex and get a positive test usually.  Hope this helps.  Buy condoms and use them every time!

Hi honeyEv ,
i will suggest you to first see the doctor. As, this happened to me as well. little spotting with brown discharge, delay in  periods. so, i did the early pregnancy test at home in order to find out if i was pregnant or not! but the result was negative and after weeks when i visited the doctor; she did some blood test and i was 4 weeks pregnant. so, i will recommend you to get it confirmed with your doctor.
All the best!! take care!!
thanks
