sore nipples

okay last month I got my period on the 23rd of July for less then twelve hours was light and just went away so later that night I had sex. my period returned the next day and I had it for another nine days which is un usual as that has never happened before. my period went away on the 1st or 2nd of august since then I've been having un protected sex with my partner because neither of us like condoms and I can't take any contraception cause everything I take irritates my stomach and makes me sick. anyway on the 28th of august I noticed soreness to my nipples but only to the touch. I haven't had my period yet because now since last months stuff up with my period I'm un sure when its due. but in saying that could this mean I'm pregnant.?

Hm.  Are you trying to get pregnant?  If not, then 'not liking condoms' and not wanting to take contraceptive pills probably isn't a good idea.  You could get an IUD, you could use sponges, you could go ahead and use condoms.  It would be a much smarter way to have sex.  Condoms may not be your perfect choice but it's a heck of a lot better than having an unplanned pregnancy.

So, you did get a period.  You weren't late.  It was jut a bit longer than usual.  Perhaps you were pregnant but it was a chemical miscarriage (very early miscarriage that comes around the time of our period).  I'm not sure.  You can take the home pregnancy test but am guessing it will be negative.  But I'm concerned for next time.  You are like a ticking time bomb in terms of pregnancy.  Do you at least track your period and not have unprotected sex during the most fertile time?  Let me tell you, babies change EVERYTHING.  You should have one when it is the right time and you are ready for it.  Not just because you didn't like condoms.  Ya know?

I probably sound a bit tough on this subject but know so many women WISH they'd used birth control once they find out they are pregnant.

Take the HPT.  If it is negative, make a plan so that from now on, you will be sure to not get pregnant (or as sure as you can be by taking precautions.)  good luck to you dear!

Have you taken a home pregnancy test? You could be pregnant or it could just be that your hormones are off. Did you have any clotting with the period you had for 9 days? If you get a home pregnancy test get a digital one. Please keep me posted.
