tubal ligation and missed period

I had a tubal done 12 yrs. ago and missed my period last month. I have never missed any of my periods or been late. I haven't had the usual cramps, breast tenderness, or mood swings. I have been experiencing a little nausea in the mornings. Could I be pregnant?

tubals are known to come undone.. they are not 100% foolproof.

The U.S. Collaborative Review of Sterilization (CREST) found the failure rate for tubal ligation (all occlusion methods) to be 1.85% after 10 years.

for some reason, they say that if you get your tubes tied during a C-section they tend to fail at a slightly higher rate.
