Labor..?

I am super huge and I look like I'm about to have my baby and I'm at 8 months.. Should I be worried about having my baby in a week? I'm scared that I may have him before my baby shower which is the 23rd of September.. and my due date is October 21st. Everyone has told me that I look like I'm about to have him now which scares me. I have to take lamaze classes.. on the 13th of October and I have a breastfeeding class on the 19 of this month..

You should not worry everything will be fine I know the babys 2 day is coming up and it's hard not to worry being a mother but every will thing. Should be fine sometimes babies are born late and sometimes they are born early doesn't mean that anything will be wrong sometimes buns are done in the oven earlier than others you don't want them to burn hahaha jk good luck with your baby

That's just what people say because people make stupid comments.  I'm sure that you and your baby will be fine.  So long as you aren't haveing any contractions now, even though you LOOK like you might have this baby any day you probably wont.  I can understand wanting everything to be ready though - that's the nesting instinct.  Take care of yourself, if you feel tired sit down and have a glass of water and put your feet up if possible.  The last month is the hardest IMO!
