vaginal infection

hello, i'm 21 years old, i've been experiencing pain and itchiness on the outside of the vagina, and i have red dots, i think that my clit is damaged or i have some kind of infection, what should i do? are there any over-the counter creams that i can try?

I wouldn't do that cause if you do have and infection you need to see a doc like brittanie said using otc drucgs and not knowing what you have can make the problem worse instead of fixing it but your grown you should know that good luck

You need to see a doctor to treat it properly. You don't know what kind of infection it is so over the counter medications might not work.
