No one can tell you this over the internet.  You need to see the doctor.  Whether it is sexually related or not, it still needs treated.  Growing something by or over your vaginal opening needs evaluation. The internet does not replace that kind of medical care so please see a doctor.  good luck

Hi there and welcome. Well, do you mean a sore?  Is it painful?  Any way you can be checked out by a doctor?  That's your best bet.  Are you sexually active?  An std clinic may be in order.  good luck
