vibrating sensation

what causes the pulsing vibrating feeling in my saddle area?  it is every few minutes like a cell phone vibrating on the inside of gential area not painful
nor pleasureabe just disturbing becuase I don't know what it is?

Your root chakra is unbalanced. Don't laugh.  You are going through a spiritual shift of some sort and that chakra is usually the last one to get with the program.  You can wait it out and eventually it will rebalance itself. You can also go and get a few treatments with someone who works with healing energy and they can speed things along.  The most heard of example of this type of modality is called Reiki.  

I know this feeling very well.  I have experienced it myself. I do energy healing so I have felt the imbalance on myself and others.  The vibration is caused by the chakra not spinning correctly. I am a bit impressed that you feel it because the average person would not.  You must be a sensitive of some kind.  

So, bottom line, you are probably fine.  Don't worry. A treatment or two with a practitioner who does energy work would be helpful.  I recommend at least 3 visits.
