what is this?

So I'm 17 and I am sexually active. (Don't judge)
I use condoms most times but a few times I just used the pull out method.
Normally I don't masterbate but the other day I did and noticed these weird tiny bumps on both sides of my inner labia (I posted pics on my gallery)
My boyfriend is kinda clueless about girls in general so he's never said anything but I don't think it's normal.
It doesn't burn but sometimes I have a slight vaginal discharge (milky white) but I don't know if that just me being wet or whatever...
Is it cysts? Or an std?
