white little spots on my labia what are they I have three of them no pus

white little spots on my labia what are they. There is no pus they are hard when I wash.  Is this somthing I should worry about

They could be condyloma acuminata.  If they are tiny and feel very rough or pointy and hard, that's probably what they are.  You would need to see a doctor to have this diagnosed and treated.  Not dangerous, but associated with HPV and treatable.

If you are saying they're more like whiteheads or are painful, then they might be something else.  Either way you'd need to see a doctor to find out what they are.

yeah, i agree, sounds something HPV related.
