why blue stains on panty's side?

i'm 18 and through out my life i have worn underwear like panties (during period) or something like trunks (on regular bases). however, recently, i can't wear them. it is like, there is some allergic problem in between my legs (both sides) and some blue color stains (wish can easily be washed) on my pants. first i thought it was coming from inside but it wasn't. that is because when i wore panty linear, instead of stains being in the middle, they were on the sides. right now my skin, in between my legs, hurts a lot but i have no idea whats up? please help! >_<

I once read something about sweat being blue or purple and what that meant.  (Can't remember what, but it was benign.)  You might try googling "blue sweat" and see if anything comes up.
