MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This sound can be due to vaginal flatulence which is the expulsion of trapped air from the vagina. A common method for reducing instances of vaginal flatulence is to strengthen the vaginal walls and pelvic floor by performing Kegel exercises. If it persists then a rectovaginal fistula and genital prolapsed should be ruled out.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi didi722,
I just finished reading your comments. Is it a sort of sucking noise? I think
it happened to me once. By abs exercise, do you mean sit ups, by any
chance ? You say you exercise with your team. Would this be at school
in a gymnasium for instants? If you and your team put on exercise music
and put the music on rather loud, perhaps that would mask the annoying
noises you talk about. If this is happening to you, I would be willing to bet
it may be happening to the other female members of your team. Perhaps
you will find this suggestion helpful. Plus I think it's more fun exercising
to music. Be well. Eve
