yeast infection

I get yeast infections frequently and I would like some natural remedies to prevent and cure them. The infection is usually on the lips of my vagina and around the area of the vagina.

Are you sure it's yeast? Have you been tested.   Have you tried a new soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, toilet paper?  You should avoid all soaps and perfume when washing yourself.  Use just water.  There are a lot of different causes for yeast like symptoms.  If you haven't seen a gyn, you should.

Hello there :)

Recently i came across some products at my local health store.  There is quite a range of products out there for it, all natural.
I read and have used Acidophilus tablets which help kill yeast infections.
I know yeast infections thrive on sugar, so i would try and avoid sugary foods.
Also "live" natural yoghurt helps too, doesn't sound too good i know, but thats what they say.

I would definitely go into your local health food store and look or ask for something to help the infection.

Hope this helps :)
