yeast/oral sex

Can you get a yeast  infection  from receiving oral sex?

Yes, you are correct, rebbecca, we do have good bacteria that keep ourselves in balance. It's analogous to a movie - little good guys fighting little bad guys. And, like a bad sci-fi flick, when something goes wrong, they attack.

Our vaginas are the same way. We need our guardian bacteria (lactobacilli), and when we flush them out, we suffer the consequenses.

In fact, the flora in the mouth is active, and can be quite nasty, but the flora in your vagina is very different, & is necessary for female health.

I concur with Grannieannie's admonition to drink lots of water, which is a very good thing, and can assist you with  your overall health, so  please jus DO IT. There is really no connection between yeast infections &  cunnilingus (licking an aroused woman's vulva) that I know of that would preclude this, other than know STD's. You can transmit herpes, and other very bad things if you're not careful.

no but you need to eat yougert more and drink more water...and make sure your man is not a smoker when he please you there...
