As a teen, I dabbled in a lot of things. I believe it opened up something. I have experienced near death more than once. I will not go into this. But, suffice it to say, I have.
I was lying in bed with my husband. We were wide awake and talking. Suddenly, I feel a hand just petting the top of my foot with a very firm, deliberate pressure. They did this about 6 times to assure me that my husband and I were not alone in the room. I was freaking out, but not afraid, and said to my husband, "Uhm, honey? Somebody is petting my foot as we speak." He looked at me as if I were nuts. He is not a believer in anything. I told him, "They are doing it right now!"
Less than a year later, we moved into this house. He was standing in front of our fireplace and he felt someone putting their weight onto his shoulder, as if they were trying to let him know that they were there. I was right there when it happened. He told me about it and I believe him. I know things have always happened to me that way.
On this subject, I will not go into more, but there is more.
I will, however, tell you this. There is a very unmistakeable loud thud just above my computer desk that happens quite frequently. The noise is the same every time. There is no rhyme or reason to it. Something keeps landing on my roof there. I have trees, but they are not close enough that something of such a size could be jumping from the trees onto this spot. It is just something or somebody letting me know they are there, and they are far too weighty to be a cat or a racoon. Also, in the attic above me, there is not enough space for something to jump, much less be there at all. I have been up there and I know. My computer desk is right by the exterior wall. I just now heard it again, which is what prompted me to write about it. Something is literally jumping on the roof above my head. Others have heard it, too. Most everyone who comes here has heard it. They all try to give a scientific explanation, but nobody can prove their theories. This has been going on for quite some time. It's weird, but non threatening thus far. I am still afraid of the dark, however. I forget to breathe in my sleep quite often, and my husband installed rope lighting around the bottom of our bedframe.
