Post embryo transfer

Hi just did embryo transfer and in the evening when passing clear urine found a small peice of red fluffy tissue in the lloo when i did pee. could this be some kind of scar tissue as if what i hear is correct the embryos cannot 'fall out' of the uterus after the transfer. I haven't seen again since and i am worried that i may have lost everything. Thanks and any info would be gratly appreciated.

I do not know what this could be but if there was any bleeding during the embryo transfer, it could have come from that.  Embryo do not fall out after embryo transfer but bleeding can occur from the endometrial lining or the cervix when an embryo transfer catheter is inserted.
