Need Advise

I am in desperate need for some help. My Son has been in the hospital for over 15 days. Really sick he has super high blood pressure with vision disturbances, has lost lot a wieght, is dizzy and doctors can not find the answer. They have done all kinds of test, thyroid, liver, kidneys and they are just about to perform some heart test. Could this be a heart problem? Are they misssing something? As time passes he is just worse and worse what else could cause those symptomss..? He was always so healthy...The only palce he ever worked as was an old mine.

What about the heart test? Can you tell me something? How is his blood pressure now?

Thank you so much for the response. He is still quite sick and no one acutally can find out why.

He is 21 years old and worked in a gold mine down in Baja California.

They did practice a chest Rx and found nothing abnormal either. He had a brain scan done and also came out clean. He suffers from tremors also apart of all the other symptoms I had mentioned before.

Any responce would be highly appreciated thank you again..
